About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Management Analyst within the Customer Excellence Data and Analytics (CEDA) team. This role focuses on leveraging data and analytics to solve business problems, enhance operational efficiency, and mitigate risks. The analyst will be involved in developing automated solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer and team member experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop routine and rigor to ensure delivery of policy compliant automated solutions that adhere to all enterprise policies.
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives using applications such as Power Apps.
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills.
  • Work independently or within a team to make recommendations for system functions by providing support and leadership.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
  • Lead project teams and mentor less experienced staff members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with analytical and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query and Power BI, Tableau).

Nice-to-haves

  • Power Apps development expertise.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI for analysis, reporting, visualization, and data driven testing purposes.
  • Experience designing and maintaining Confluence templates, JIRA boards, and sprint execution.
  • Ability to identify, research and solution simple to complex business, technology and reporting requirements.
  • Experience with contact center data and exploratory data evaluation.
