About the position
The Lead Data Management Analyst at Honeywell is responsible for implementing data solutions for transformation and migration related to ERP deployments. This role involves providing technical leadership, ensuring data functional excellence, and converting ERP GDM requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with co-source partners and supporting multiple SAP deployment projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead data migration activities and develop robust data plans in support of deployments, projects, or enhancements.
- Enforce common development methodologies for Data Migrations and partner with Data Leads to ensure schedule alignment.
- Establish and enforce best practices for new data solution implementations in collaboration with functional teams and data stakeholders.
- Support enforcement of data quality standards and processes for ERP deployments, projects, or enhancements.
- Develop and deliver tasks as per SLAs related to analysis, design, and implementation of technical data migration solutions.
- Drive data-related development, testing, and deployment deliverables, and create or update standard mapping documents.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend efficient solutions for complex data challenges across multiple projects.
- Provide mentorship and change management leadership for the introduction of new data tools and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in data integration and full cycle data migration for large, complex Data Migration/Data Warehouse/ETL applications (Informatica)/RDBMS (Oracle).
- Hands-on experience with Informatica, Oracle, SQL Server development, and scripting languages like Shell Script and Python.
- Functional experience in ERP SAP related applications with configuration, table structures for data mapping and rule definition.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the AERO domain.
- Working knowledge of Jira, BO, Tableau, Google Sheets, or any other visualization tool.
- Agile methodology experience.
