About The Position
The Lead Data Solutions Architect position at Beacon Health System is a pivotal role that will spearhead the Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI) initiative. This position is responsible for hands-on delivery and architecting strategies that align with the organization's strategic objectives. The architect will troubleshoot issues that arise and manage stakeholder relationships effectively. A significant part of the role involves the development and maintenance of advanced data platforms designed to collect and interpret data from various sources, ensuring that the data architecture supports the organization's data product portfolio. In this role, the architect will develop comprehensive data architectural designs and strategies for data products, durable analytic products, and AI solutions. This includes leading the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and secure data architectures. The architect will act as a solution owner, defining non-functional requirements such as alerting, monitoring, and logging to ensure operational excellence. The position also requires a deep understanding of various Oracle tools and how they can be utilized to meet system needs, as well as the application of data engineering methodologies to support data loading into HDI. The Lead Data Solutions Architect will work closely with executives, leadership, managers, and service line leaders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting and the success of assigned projects. This includes developing and incorporating service line clinical, quality, and operational reports and databases utilized by leadership for insight generation. The architect will also leverage and contribute to the evolution of standards for high-quality documentation of data definitions, transformations, and processes to ensure data transparency, governance, and security. Compliance with HIPAA regulations is paramount, and the architect will maintain confidentiality throughout their work.
