About the position

As a Senior Database Analyst at ManTech International Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting our national security initiatives while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining client and database platforms, ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of multiple SQL Servers. Your role will involve maintaining day-to-day operations, evaluating key business organizational challenges, and directing the development of new or innovative solutions. In addition to managing database utilities and monitoring the relationship between database users and applications, you will verify and validate scripts used for database upgrades and testing. Utilizing test environments to evaluate proposed changes and patches will be a critical part of your responsibilities. You will also maintain the organization's database across multiple platforms and computing environments, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently. As a Senior Database Analyst, you will supervise and mentor subordinate staff members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This position requires extensive experience in secure, complex environments, and you must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of programming and server software operations. You will be expected to develop custom programs for websites that attract and appeal to users while providing the desired information. Your technical expertise will be essential in creating web front-end user interfaces for new or existing databases using a combination of HTML, SQL, C, VB, or other programming languages. Compliance with DoD 8570 standards is required, and you must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain client and database platforms.

Requirements

• Ten years of relevant experience supporting projects of similar size, scope and complexity.
• Hands-on Database Analyst Lead with the ability to perform technical Database Analysis.
• Ability to maintain the integrity, availability, and security of multiple SQL Servers.
• Proficient in performing a wide range of server and database activities, including maintaining, modifying, and providing quality assurance and testing of patches and planned upgrades.
• Thorough knowledge of programming and server software operations.
• Ability to create web front-end user interfaces for new or existing databases using HTML, SQL, C, VB, or other languages.
