About the position

The Lead Databricks Engineer will play a crucial role in the analytics transformation of the company by translating and improving existing processes from Alteryx to Databricks. This position requires a deep understanding of data architecture and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and data transformation to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate existing processes from Alteryx to Databricks.
• Improve and potentially scale existing data processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement or consolidation in data processes.
• Perform data transformations to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Highly experienced in Databricks implementation.
• Experience migrating from an on-prem tool to Databricks.
• Strong background in data architecture, both building and reading.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Proficient in Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
