About The Position
The Lead Deli Clerk is responsible for overseeing the Deli Department in the absence of the Department Manager. This role focuses on ensuring that the Deli meets company merchandising standards, is fully stocked, and provides exceptional guest service. The Lead Deli Clerk will lead the Deli staff, maintain the quality and freshness of products, engage with guests, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
