Requirements
- Over 10 years of proven experience as a Lead Delphi Developer
- Strong background in Delphi 7 and Delphi 12
- Experience with containerization technologies, especially Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and deployment as DLLs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with other programming languages and frameworks
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services
