About The Position
The Lead Designer is responsible for advancing and evolving the visual identity of Seattle Reign FC. This role leads key bodies of work, supports the day-to-day operations of the design team, reinforces creative processes, and fosters close daily collaboration with other designers and departments. This individual is expected to bring bold, thoughtful, and culturally relevant creative ideas to life while ensuring consistency across all platforms. As a key partner to the Director of Design, the Lead Designer works cross-functionally to drive projects from concept to execution and elevate the club's storytelling through innovative design.
