About the position
The Lead DevSecOps / Scrum Master at TENICA and Associates LLC is responsible for executing and maintaining a technical approach that optimizes the use of existing software, hardware, and interfaces. This role involves leveraging modular design and open standards-based interfaces while providing configuration management of software baselines using government-furnished DevSecOps tool suites. The position requires a strong background in DevOps methodologies, particularly within the Intelligence Community, and a commitment to Agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain a technical approach that maximizes the use of existing software, hardware, and interfaces.
- Utilize an open systems approach using modular design and open standards-based interfaces.
- Provide configuration management of the software baselines using Government Furnished DevSecOps tool suites.
- Implement a low-to-high CI/CD pipeline utilizing an approved cross-domain solution.
- Help development teams apply the Agile framework effectively.
- Transform an Intelligence Community customer culture that is new to Agile.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a technical, computer science, or STEM field.
- Professional level cloud DevOps certification (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer professional, Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) or equivalent.
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (or equivalent).
- Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster or Agile leader equivalent.
- 10 years' experience practicing DevOps methodology supporting operational customers.
- 5 years' experience practicing DevOps methodology supporting Intelligence Community (IC) operational customers.
- 10 years' experience helping development teams apply the Agile framework.
- 5 years' experience applying Agile within the Intelligence Community.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with GitLab and BitBucket.
- Familiarity with NSA DevX tool suite.
