About the position

The Lead Developer Designer for ETL Workflows is responsible for designing and developing ETL workflows and reports using the Microsoft BI Suite. This role requires a blend of technical and functional leadership, with a focus on data analysis, validation, and providing solutions based on in-depth customer knowledge. The position involves interfacing with clients to gather technical requirements and providing guidance and training to team members while managing multiple assignments and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL workflows and reports using MSBI suite.
• Perform data analysis and data validation.
• Interface with clients to gather technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
• Manage multiple assignments and processes.
• Independently determine approach to projects and anticipate potential problems.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Microsoft BI suite.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts.
• Fluency in SQL Server technologies including SQL Server 2008/2012.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Competency in T-SQL code.
