The Lead Digital Change Manager at McKesson is a pivotal role responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of strategies and programs aimed at enhancing digital adoption and change leadership within the US Oncology Network. This position is integral to driving organizational transformation, business improvement, and operational excellence across the network. The Lead Digital Change Manager will collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and execute interventions that align with the strategic priorities outlined in the US Oncology digital transformation roadmap. In this role, the Lead Digital Change Manager will develop and execute comprehensive strategies and programs that focus on organizational effectiveness, change leadership, training, and business activation. This includes leading the integrated development and implementation of change management plans for various digital initiatives, ensuring that all changes are effectively communicated, understood, and adopted by relevant stakeholders. The position requires a proactive approach to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives, assess resource requirements, and establish metrics to measure progress and success. The Lead Digital Change Manager will also create an environment conducive to the successful delivery of digital capabilities, which encompasses clarity of services, scope of efforts, priorities, partnerships, and feedback channels. Providing guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on change management principles and practices is essential, enabling them to lead and manage change effectively. Additionally, the role involves leading project and program teams to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and change readiness assessments. To drive continuous improvement, the Lead Digital Change Manager will develop and implement processes and tools that optimize business processes and enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Liaising with Program Managers is also a key responsibility to ensure that US Oncology digital initiatives are activated effectively, including communicating initiative progress and overall outcomes to stakeholders.
