In this role, you will help create and drive the digital marketing plans across Nike-owned direct digital channels to grow the business, cultivate innovation, and drive brand impact, awareness, and distinction. Your experience in digital, social, experiential, and brand marketing will be crucial in bringing creative thinking to plans around product launches and sports moments. You will also help grow and establish new product franchises while developing and driving integrated digital plans. By mining and sharing consumer insights, you will identify opportunities for the brand and contribute to its growth. We are looking for a Manager who is digital native, creative, and thorough, with a passion for sports and culture. You should possess a deep understanding of the Jordan Brand and the culture of Nike, along with the creativity for great marketing, storytelling, and consumer experiences. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects, build strong working relationships, and maintain a meticulous and organized approach. You will work collaboratively, bring a positive attitude, and be solution-oriented, acting as a team-first collaborator and digital problem solver. Your curiosity to learn and passion for sport will be essential in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive digital marketing plans across Nike-owned direct digital channels.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Social, and Integrated Media teams to define strategy and own digital experiences.
  • Translate brand, athlete, and seasonal strategies into marketing plans and executions.
  • Lead seasonal planning of key priorities in partnership with the Director.
  • Ideate and build new consumer experiences and opportunities at scale.
  • Write briefs and lead content production with internal and external creative partners.
  • Map out key dates and deliverables for projects and campaigns in partnership with brand operations.
  • Lead reporting and sharing of Digital Marketing Success metrics on owned channels.
  • Partner closely with Brand Creative to influence creative output and platform distinction.
  • Communicate with geo teams on marketing support and seasonal deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing.
  • Strong digital skills and experience in digital owned platforms.
  • Understanding of full funnel marketing and digital platforms including Apps, e-mail, .com, paid media, and social.
  • Detail-oriented and results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
  • Experience in working on integrated marketing strategies at a global or GEO/city level.
