Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager for the Operational Cloud Product, focusing on Database Technologies, to facilitate the adoption of the Azure cloud product within the organization. This role involves engaging with product customers to enable secure, sustainable, and extensible cloud capabilities and products, fostering a product-oriented culture. The Lead Digital Product Manager will support the development of capabilities and collaborate across teams to ensure that the CTO organization delivers a product suite that empowers developers in the enablement of cloud services and strategy. The position requires establishing a product vision and prioritizing features based on business value and needs. Additionally, the manager will assist in communicating business value, defining success metrics, and measuring progress. The capabilities will encompass foundational elements as well as those related to Data, AIML, security, FinOps, and policy management. The role also involves prioritizing customer requests into a product backlog and providing support to customers for adopting the capabilities once they are released. In this role, the Lead Digital Product Manager will leverage domain expertise in large transformations, risk and controls, and Agile methodologies to design and build a portfolio of fit-for-purpose products for the cloud. Responsibilities include creating and communicating an integrated roadmap of requirement products with dependency mapping, articulating the value proposition of the products to various stakeholders through multiple channels (such as PowerPoint, Confluence, and JIRA), defining SLAs, standards, metrics, product offerings, processes, and evaluation criteria for all requirement products, and managing the product budget/P&L. The manager will build a cross-functional product team for the delivery of the agile backlog, prioritize features based on customer requirements, and partner closely with lines of business to translate capability requirements into product features. Furthermore, the role involves creating a product support model integrated with internal support structures, collaborating with Enterprise Architecture to define product architecture, and establishing an intake process for new product requests, feature requests, and updates. Weekly product reviews will be held to assess product performance and explore continuous improvement opportunities. The manager will also define and execute a requirements strategy, ensuring a consistent approach for all requirements products while partnering with Line of Business Engagement leads to assist application teams in migrating applications to the cloud.
