About the position

We are seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager as part of Strategy, Digital & Innovation. This lead will be responsible for managing the overall strategy of the Device Trust Capability as part of an Authentication capability. The role entails building out the priorities for the evolution and optimization of the Device Trust capability for the 6 quarter roadmap. Works daily with Product Owners and stakeholders within the fraud, model governance, data science and control areas. As part of a regulated industry, this individual will be responsible to ensure that all controls are updated appropriately as the service evolves. Reporting and monitoring of the capabilities performance is required daily to ensure efficacy of the solution remains in line with expectations. The Product Lead will work closely with the L3 Product Lead and the Team of Teams Lead to ensure that all cross impacted and dependent stakeholders are well coordinated. Working with an architecture to ensure capability design conforms to the technical modernization patterns and that analytics is providing persistent data for analysis purposes. The product manager will also work with the Product Owner to help determine prioritization of the work to align with features on the roadmap. We are looking for a seasoned Agile practitioner with experience in working with AI and vendor solutions. Device Trust leverages AI and device intelligence and remains a key capability that enables verification of the user and the device at the start of any digital banking session. The outputs of the service provide the bank with the ability to mitigate fraud and help protect customers' money with low friction in the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Hands-on experience using AI or Machine Learning with prior experience working with data science teams to derive business outcomes
  • Prior experience in Device Trust, biometrics or other authentication products
  • Strong background in Agile Scrum methodology
