About the position

The Lead Digital Product Manager will be responsible for guiding and leading the information architecture, navigation, and search digital experiences within ServiceNow's Digital Experience team. This role focuses on leading a cross-functional team to create a new website information architecture that enhances customer awareness, acquisition, and retention. The position offers an opportunity to build a best-in-class digital experience that drives engagement and conversion, while also allowing product managers to develop expertise in a data-driven, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead the information architecture, navigation, and search digital experiences from creation through execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of new website information architecture.
• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for key digital initiatives.
• Manage large-scale, enterprise-wide programs and projects from concept to implementation.
• Maintain and enhance reporting mechanisms for transparent progress tracking and risk management.
• Engage in regular stakeholder communication to ensure continuous alignment across teams.
• Model best practices of product management to help other product managers grow.

Requirements

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams for website information architecture delivery.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong background in managing large-scale programs from concept to implementation.
• Experience in stakeholder communication and alignment across teams.
• Ability to define product vision and strategy informed by quantitative insights.
