About the position

The Lead Digital Product Manager for Enterprise Product at UnitedHealth Group is responsible for driving the development and enhancement of the Enterprise digital payments product. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful execution of the digital roadmap. The position focuses on delivering exceptional digital experiences that enhance consumer satisfaction and engagement, ultimately shaping the future of the company's digital offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the strategic vision for the Enterprise digital payments product.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market research.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to launch.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and support user research and usability testing.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and communicate performance metrics to leadership.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Lead communication of product strategy, roadmap updates, and challenges to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in digital payments or e-commerce.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role with a proven track record of delivering digital products that meet customer needs.
  • Understanding of payment processing and integration with platforms like Stripe.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate market insights into product strategies.
  • Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, UI/UX design principles, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Aha!.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office each week.
