About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager within the Marketing & Sales Platform team, part of Consumer Lending. This role focuses on the ideation, implementation, support, and success of marketing platforms that facilitate the end-to-end process for Consumer Marketing. The Lead Digital Product Manager will be responsible for the Marketing Experience Development & Optimization (ExDO) team, which includes technology platform capabilities that assist marketers in testing and personalizing digital experiences. The position requires expertise in product management, particularly with Adobe Target or similar Adobe products, and involves engaging with cross-functional teams to drive product capabilities using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, deployment, and expansion of marketing experience optimization products.
• Develop epics/features/acceptance criteria and lead scrum teams to deliver key results.
• Establish a robust strategy for the marketing experience optimization product vision in partnership with stakeholders.
• Implement and manage a product operations model for deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Drive a risk management framework for the platform to assess and monitor risks.
• Understand the external landscape of marketing experience optimization and identify innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and deliver product capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Target or a broader Adobe product suite for marketing purposes.
• Experience leveraging agile methodology to drive results and lead scrum teams.
