About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Foundational AI Platform Products team. This role involves collaborating with various business lines to manage and review Generative AI use cases, while also working closely with data science and technology teams to deliver innovative GenAI solutions. The position requires leading the development of complex digital business plans and influencing digital strategies across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives with broad enterprise impact.
  • Act as a key participant in large-scale planning.
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area.
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area, requiring strong understanding of business policies and compliance requirements.
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers and senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 1+ years of AI experience in product management, technology, or consulting.
  • 3+ years of experience driving efforts at a large enterprise.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, specifically Large Language Models.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban in a multi-team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with business, technology, and risk teams.
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Experience effectively working under pressure in environments of rapid change and conflicting demands.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement, quality methodology, and project/operations delivery skills.
