About the position

The Lead Digital Product Manager for Identity & Authentication at Wells Fargo is responsible for overseeing the implementation of authentication projects and managing complex production issues. This role acts as a liaison among business, technical, and vendor organizations, ensuring the integrity of identity management and authentication processes. The position involves analyzing platform trend data, writing business requirements, and collaborating with various teams to enhance digital customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of authentication projects involving Biometrics, Passive Auth/Mobile Intel, and One Time Passcodes.
  • Manage and mitigate complex production issues by partnering with vendor, technology, and production support groups.
  • Participate in Incident Management support and communication for authentication and Identity related issues.
  • Identify and write business requirements for operational reports to identify anomalies.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret platform trend data to make strategic and tactical recommendations to managers.
  • Manage performance metrics and generate trending graphs for senior management.
  • Analyze the relevant application/data flows within online banking platforms.
  • Write queries to analyze and validate data in production environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Service Oriented, Web Services, API and Micro Services architecture.
  • Knowledge and understanding of database querying and creating ad hoc reporting results using SQL or similar querying methods.
  • Experience with Splunk.
  • Knowledge and understanding of online authentication, Identity Management, fraud, or security.
  • Agile experience.
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
