This role is a Sr. Product Manager role in a highly mature Product Management team. This role is focused on building best-in-class digital experiences for Specialty Pharmacy Patients. You will be working closely with Business, Operations, Technology, Design, Analytics, and colleagues from the Product team. You will be making Product Decisions every day, driving KPIs and goals for your product. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will define and support capabilities from specific business problems and market needs. You will drive the creation of strategic themes to define and roadmap long-running initiatives, working across multiple products to identify synergies. Acting as the liaison between Business, Engineering Teams, and project management groups, you will lead and mentor other Product Owners and Product Managers. Collaborating with functional stakeholders, you will analyze market trends, monitor operational reporting, and review operational performance against expectations to proactively identify and recommend needed product enhancements. You will work closely with Senior Leadership and a cross-functional team of Digital Product owners, Engineers, QA, Clinicians, Pharmacists, and marketers to strategize, design, and launch the product for enduring revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing long-term and short-term product goals and managing the financials against those desired outcomes. You will define the MBOs to measure success, monitor and analyze those metrics to track progress and define prioritization. Anticipating new features across products, you will prioritize them to maximize NPS, retention, and unit growth. You will inspire stakeholders and key executives to redirect the product roadmap to meet critical business demands through the use of data and logic. Partnering closely with multiple functions including finance, operations, sales, legal, and technology, you will grow the digital business.
