About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager (Product Owner) in Consumer & Small Business Banking Technology. This role focuses on managing the product lifecycle and customer alignment for the data product associated with the nCino platform, which integrates various systems for business lending. The Product Owner will define processes, roadmaps, and product outcomes, leading scrum teams to create exceptional omni-channel experiences and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner for the Business Direct Data Mart (BDDM) scrum team, establishing Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and subsequent Minimum Releasable Product (MRP) releases.
• Review and analyze business needs and lead story refinement and prioritization to deliver solutions for business process work of moderate to high complexity.
• Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact.
• Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive results in compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Experience with complex data platforms.
• Experience with data, data systems, data product ownership.
• Experience with Agile practices and frameworks to include Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, etc. and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Experience leading a scrum team with accountability for backlog development, refinement and prioritization.
