About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager within Commercial Banking to support the Asset-Based Lending-Collateral Management System transformation initiative. This role involves building strategies and requirements for digital platforms to achieve business outcomes while ensuring effective stakeholder management and collaboration with technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
  • Act as a key participant in large-scale planning efforts.
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategies for product functionality and user experience.
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line through in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Make decisions in digital strategy requiring a strong understanding of business policies and compliance requirements.
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Collaborate and consult strategically with peers and senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • In-depth knowledge of ABL products, including product functionality, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3 years of digital product management focused on ABL or related financial products.
  • Experience driving business process optimization and database modernization efforts.
  • Familiarity with digital product development processes, including agile methodologies.
  • Experience with technology platforms used in ABL, such as LIQ/LUCAS/Stucky or similar systems.
