Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager in the Application and Cloud Transformation (ACT) group, within the Chief Technology Office (CTO) organization. This role is pivotal in supporting cloud computing technology, application modernization, and scaling modern tools and technology across the entire enterprise. The services provided by this role are essential for the operability of all of Wells Fargo's digital products and services globally. Specifically, this position will be part of the Cloud Operating Model group, focusing on the design and development of a new cloud management platform and its associated web services. In this capacity, the Lead Digital Product Manager will maintain a comprehensive understanding of trends and directions in cloud computing practices and cloud services technology. The role requires a deep understanding of software developer tooling and developer experience (DevX) trends, as well as continuous integration and continuous delivery concepts in software engineering. Additionally, familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration Management concepts in cloud engineering is crucial. The Lead Digital Product Manager will lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that have a broad impact across the enterprise. This includes acting as a key participant in large-scale planning, reviewing and analyzing complex digital strategies for various product functionalities, and influencing digital strategies that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. The role also involves making strategic decisions in digital strategy for product functionalities, necessitating a strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Furthermore, the Lead Digital Product Manager will lead a diverse team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives. This position requires strategic collaboration and consultation with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals. There may also be opportunities to lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
