About the position

The Lead Digital Product Manager will oversee the Marketing Experience Optimization within the Marketing & Sales Platform team, focusing on enhancing digital experiences through technology capabilities. This role requires a strong product management background, particularly with Adobe Target, and the ability to collaborate across various teams to implement effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Marketing Experience Optimization initiative within the Marketing & Sales Platform team.
  • Manage product ownership for a suite of technology platform capabilities that assist marketers in testing and personalizing digital experiences.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams including product, business, technology, and analytics to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to drive platform capabilities and document epics/features effectively.
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision within a large institution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in marketing and analytics, specifically with experimentation products like Adobe Target.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe systems and their functionalities from both technical and business perspectives.
  • Experience leading scrum teams and agile ceremonies, including PI planning and backlog management.
  • Ability to develop strategic vision and execute effectively in a large organization.
  • Financial services experience or equivalent digital consumer experience is highly desired.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with the broader Adobe suite beyond Adobe Target.
  • Familiarity with consumer lending and marketing optimization strategies.
