About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager within Commercial Banking to support the Asset-Based Lending-Collateral Management System transformation initiative. This role involves building strategy and requirements for digital platforms to achieve business outcomes, ensuring stakeholder management, and collaborating with technology teams to develop software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
  • Act as a key participant in large-scale planning.
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area.
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area, requiring strong understanding of business policies and compliance requirements.
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers and senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3 years of digital product management focused on ABL or related financial products.
  • In-depth knowledge of ABL products, including product functionality, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience driving business process optimization and database modernization efforts.
  • Familiarity with digital product development processes, including agile methodologies.
  • Experience with technology platforms used in ABL, such as LIQ/LUCAS/Stucky or similar systems.
