CVS Health is seeking an innovative marketing leader to join the Multi-Carrier Solutions team, a dynamic and rapidly growing area within the organization. The Lead Director, Multi-Carrier Solutions Marketing will be responsible for setting the marketing strategy and collaborating on the execution of a consumer-first, digital-first marketing plan. This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize the digital funnel and drive growth across the customer acquisition and retention journey. The ideal candidate will stay abreast of evolving media, technology, and analytical trends, working with a cross-functional team to implement these insights effectively. In this position, the Lead Director will create a comprehensive marketing strategy and vision for direct-to-consumer, digital-first multi-carrier offerings, specifically targeting Medicare and Individual and Family Plan (IFP) audiences. This strategy will be informed by business priorities, data analysis, industry trends, and customer insights. The role also involves nurturing a new brand in the marketplace to foster growth through the establishment of a trusted relationship with consumers. The Lead Director will manage the forecasting of full-funnel marketing activities across various offerings to ensure the achievement of goals related to new member or agent acquisition and retention. Additionally, the Lead Director will ensure that the marketing spend is optimized to drive growth and will develop and refine tactics across the digital funnel to enhance consumer experience and performance. This includes supporting the strategy and execution of digital tactics such as search, email, social media, and content marketing. The Lead Director will partner with stakeholders to envision and execute seamless omnichannel member and prospect journeys, supporting the roadmap and development of a digital shopping and enrollment experience that leverages consumer feedback and insights from multiple channels. Collaboration with cross-functional team members from across the enterprise will be essential to shape and influence digital and marketing approaches that utilize the breadth of CVS Health channels.
