This important leadership role is responsible for leading the population health Aetna Medical Affairs team in the development of programmatic User Guides and sets the strategy for how requests for proposal (RFP) sections on Population Health are written for success. Additionally, this leader is responsible for representing Aetna Medical Affairs as the content subject matter expert (SME) for Population Health in RFP design, writing, and optimization. This leader will apply expertise to organize and create a clinical content library of existing clinical program descriptions, data points and program evaluations, member success stories to gather content for inclusion in RFP responses. This leader will also apply expertise and understanding of the population health programs and to effectively respond to State requests and priorities. Analyzing and planning for places where the population program has opportunities, this leader will collaborate across clinical programs to ensure consistency in programs and their description in RFP responses. This role plays a crucial leadership role in preparation and execution for RFP in new states as well as current business. Additionally, this leader is the clinical liaison for the development of the Medicaid Maternity, NICU, and First year of Life program builds. This position is a work at home and can work anywhere in the US.
