The Lead Domestic Credit Financial Analyst is responsible for the comprehensive management of domestic accounts receivable portfolios. This role involves analyzing and reporting on portfolio health, metrics, and overall exposure, ensuring timely communication with departmental and divisional leads. The incumbent will collaborate with traders and managers to address potential issues, mitigate risk, and conduct thorough credit reviews for new and existing customers. A continuous focus on process improvement, including streamlining reporting and developing new reports in collaboration with IT, is essential. The Accounts Receivable Portfolio Manager will also ensure compliance with departmental quality and productivity standards, mentor direct reports, and engage in industry discussions to build key relationships and address problematic accounts. The position requires overseeing the domestic accounts receivable portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on portfolio health, metrics, and overall exposure. The analyst will provide scheduled reports (weekly, quarterly, as necessary) to departmental and divisional leads. Collaboration with traders and managers is crucial to identify potential issues within the portfolio and develop strategies to mitigate associated risks. Comprehensive credit reviews for onboarding new customers and performing scheduled reviews per company policy, including analyzing references, credit reports, and financial statements, are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the Lead Domestic Credit Financial Analyst will lead efforts to streamline reporting processes, improve efficiencies, and collaborate with IT on the development of new reports. Ensuring the team adheres to quality and productivity standards set by the department is vital.
