About the position

The Lead .Net Developer with Angular experience at Infosys will play a crucial role in the Software Development Life Cycle, engaging with key stakeholders to define application architecture and design. This position involves creating high-level design artifacts, delivering quality code, leading validation for testing, and supporting implementation and transition activities. The role emphasizes independent research on technologies, adherence to best practices, and mentoring team members throughout the development process.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code for assigned modules.
• Lead validation for all types of testing and support implementation, transition, and warranty activities.
• Research technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards.
• Guide and mentor team members during the build and test phases.
• Ensure reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, and scalability of applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in .NET Core and Web API.
• Experience in Angular 17+.

Nice-to-haves

• At least 3 years of experience in Web API development.
• At least 5 years of experience in MVC.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in .NET Core.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Angular 15+.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Good experience in TSQL (SQL Server development).
• Strong skills in writing Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and complex queries.
• Strong communication skills and capability to deal with business and global counterparts independently.
• Good analytical skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Attitude to learn new technologies and work on new projects.
• Highly sensitive to information security and data privacy laws.
• Flexible to handle ad-hoc requests and agile projects.
• Agile knowledge is a must.
