About the position

The Lead, Edge Office at Success Academy is responsible for planning, executing, and managing continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. This role focuses on identifying areas for improvement in processes, systems, and workflows, and implementing standardized, optimized, and digitized solutions. The Lead will educate and coach employees on Edge principles and methodologies, drive targeted improvements, and provide updates to senior management on the progress of initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop mastery in Edge continuous improvement processes and tools.
  • Continue to improve upon in-house problem-solving tools and support their adoption as the standard methodology.
  • Educate and coach employees on Edge principles and methodologies.
  • Empower teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Lead problem-solving sessions and root cause analyses.
  • Implement solutions that prevent recurring issues and create continuous improvement.
  • Drive targeted and radical improvements using Edge methodologies.
  • Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of Edge initiatives.
  • Provide counsel to teams on applying Edge methodologies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on Edge initiatives and outcomes.
  • Ensure effective project and change management processes for sustainable improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in continuous improvement or a related role.
  • Experience applying Danaher Business Systems, Fortive Business Systems, and/or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in process mapping software and Google Suite.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
