As an Experienced Engineering Professional, your responsibilities will include leading board design and qualification efforts, engaging program management, senior leadership, the customer and suppliers as needed, creating and executing master schedules, and managing costs while reporting key metrics to senior leadership. Responsibilities

  • Lead board design and qualification efforts
  • Engage program management, senior leadership, the customer and suppliers as needed
  • Create and execute master schedules
  • Manage costs and report key metrics to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship.
  • A minimum of a 4-year Electrical Engineering degree
  • Strong theoretical and practical experience
  • Experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting
  • The candidate must have a track record of strong technical leadership, with the ability to motivate and energize team members in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Proficiency with logic analyzers, common laboratory engineering tools such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, digital multi-meters, and other support equipment
