About the position

The Go to Market Enablement Manager at Ivanti is responsible for equipping the sales team with the necessary knowledge, skills, tools, and resources to exceed sales expectations and achieve quotas. This role involves collaborating with sales leadership to implement enablement strategies, driving innovation in sales training, and measuring the impact of these initiatives on sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Enablement and Sales Leadership to execute enablement strategies for Go to Market sales motions.
  • Support front line sales managers in identifying enablement needs and drive innovation in sales training and content delivery methods.
  • Lead the creation and deployment of training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, and tools for customer-facing roles.
  • Facilitate training for the field sales organization to reinforce adoption of key programs.
  • Measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives on sales performance and ROI.
  • Drive innovation in sales training and content delivery methods.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices including instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Expert ability to plan, create, and facilitate in-person and virtual training.
  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC, sales process, and buyer's journey alignment.
  • Strong ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Strong internal negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
  • Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of IT and/or Security market categories including service management, unified endpoint management, endpoint security, network security, risk-based vulnerability management, and/or attack surface management.
