About the position

As the Lead, Engineer for Omni Channel Solutions at Under Armour, you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and implementing omni solutions within the Manhattan Active platform. This position emphasizes leadership in the design and execution of global strategic initiatives, focusing on enhancing consumer experiences through effective order management, fulfillment, and customer service integrations. You will also be responsible for supporting production incidents and delivering ad-hoc business requests, making this role critical to the company's operational success.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business and IT leaders to define, develop, and implement omni solutions within the Manhattan Active platform.
• Lead the design, implementation, and execution of large global strategic initiatives.
• Assist in supporting run work involving triaging and leading the resolution of production/staging incidents.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements, leading the delivery of functional specifications and architecture design.
• Act as subject matter expert/project lead for large strategic and business unit projects, ensuring successful delivery through all project lifecycle stages.
• Provide subject matter expertise to assist support teams and organize cross-functional task forces for major operational issues.
• Provide periodic on-call coverage after normal business hours to ensure minimal outage time.
• Partner with cross-functional agile squads to translate business needs into actionable projects and implement technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without a degree.
• 5-10 years hands-on experience working on an order management platform, preferably Manhattan Active Omni.
• Experience implementing and supporting integration platforms with deep knowledge of APIs, preferably Manhattan Integration Framework and SAP IS.
• 5+ years' experience in a leadership role, such as team lead or project lead.
• Expert ability in the design, configuration, implementation, and support of omni order management functionality.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, and SCI reporting.
