• Complete documentation efforts associated with hardware designs, including specifications, user manuals, and test plans.
• Identify and lead internal research and development efforts.
• Mentor lower level hardware developers and identify training opportunities for entry level staff.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 5 years of experience leading development of hardware for high reliability applications.
• 5 years of experience leading a team of engineers through electrical hardware projects meeting cost, technical, and schedule constraints.
• A valid/clear driver's license is required.
