About The Position
The Lead Engineering Technician will provide technical guidance and oversight in the Engineering and Planning Department at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. This role involves managing non-nuclear ship systems, ensuring timely completion of projects, and mentoring staff. The technician will coordinate ship systems readiness to support production scheduling and key events, while also serving as a subject matter expert in various engineering disciplines.
