Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Lead Salesforce Architect/Developer to play a pivotal role in the Clinical Effectiveness (CE) division, which is undergoing a significant transition to a new consolidated suite of business systems. This position is crucial for designing, coding, and implementing upcoming CE Business Systems projects within the Salesforce organization. The Lead Salesforce Architect/Developer will report to the Clinical Effectiveness Principal Solution Architect and will be responsible for architecting solutions that enhance the customer journey across all phases of the lifecycle. This role offers an exciting opportunity to transform the business systems of a healthcare information technology company, ensuring that the solutions provided are secure, efficient, and aligned with industry standards. The Lead Salesforce Architect/Developer will be tasked with architecting technical solutions for various business problems using the Salesforce technology platform. This includes collaborating with security architects to ensure that the solutions are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements. The role also involves working closely with vendors and implementation teams to ensure that the product feature set is architected to provide a complete digital experience. Additionally, the architect will negotiate features for the roadmap for both Salesforce and required integrations, aiming to reduce costs associated with customization. In this position, the architect will provide direction to Sales and Service teams, helping to build processes that enhance the digital experience. They will also be responsible for developing architecture and design blueprints, identity management solutions, and data analytics solutions using Salesforce's Einstein platform. The architect will act as a visionary, partnering with various stakeholders to recommend improvements to the Salesforce platform and ensure that business systems are secure and compliant with audit requirements. Furthermore, the role includes conducting architecture reviews, developing proof of concepts, and presenting potential solutions to business leaders to gain buy-in for viable solutions. The architect will also be involved in executive presentations to the CIO and department leaders, showcasing technology capabilities and ensuring value delivery.
