About the position

The Lead ETL Ab Initio Developer is responsible for defining, designing, and developing system requirements for ETL processes. This role involves performing trade-off analyses related to performance, cost, and risk, while also assessing architecture and hardware limitations. The developer will coordinate the design of subsystems and ensure the integration of the total system, as well as define system support requirements and analyze program support deficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and develop system requirements.
• Perform trade-off analysis of performance, life-cycle cost, risk, and producibility.
• Assess architecture and current hardware limitations.
• Define and design system specifications and evaluate input/output processes.
• Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of the total system.
• Define system support requirements including monitoring, capacity, staffing, and patching/updating.
• Analyze and resolve program support deficiencies.
• Conduct independent technical investigations in systems design.

Requirements

• Lead ETL Ab Initio with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Health care experience is preferred.
• Experience with Hadoop, Linux, Python, and control.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Some experience in Cloud.
