About the position

As a Lead Executive Administrator at Honeywell, you will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of corporate functions. This role involves managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, and handling sensitive information. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President & General Counsel and work in a hybrid environment after the initial 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level, executive administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests.
  • Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information.
  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents.
  • Arrange complex travel (domestic and international), accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements.
  • Plan, organize, and implement events such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners.
  • Process complex expense reports and invoices.
  • Manage executive schedule and act as liaison for executive team.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data, maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings.
  • Manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Organize and maintain files, preparing information and research for executive needs.
  • Help plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and employee team-building activities or special projects.
  • Lead continuous improvement of the administrative function in partnership with the department's administrative assistants.
  • Manage additional projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior-level leaders.
  • 5+ years of experience with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • High School Diploma.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Administrative assistant experience with c-suite executives.
  • Ability to effectively juggle priorities, competing demands, and deadlines.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with all levels of the organization.
