About The Position
The Lead Facilities Associate at Wayside Waifs is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Team, ensuring the maintenance and repair of the organization's buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. This role involves performing minor repairs, assisting with custodial duties, and supporting the Pet Memorial Services department. The Lead Facilities Associate also takes on leadership responsibilities, including training new associates and delegating tasks in the absence of the Facilities Manager.
