About The Position
This full-time position offers incredible benefits, a three-day work week, and a company culture focused on development and growth which include promotion opportunities. As a Lead Fermentation Manufacturing Technician, you will direct day-to-day processing activities for Fermentation operations from the production floor. You will schedule and direct employees within the department, communicate expectations, address questions and concerns of the group, and communicate scheduling activities with outside departments.
