About the position

The Lead Finance Analyst for DePuy Synthes Supply Chain (DPS SC) FP&A plays a crucial role in providing financial leadership and support within a dynamic global environment. This position is responsible for delivering accurate financial results, conducting budget vs actual analysis, and collaborating with finance leaders to report and explain supply chain operating results. The role requires strong financial analysis skills and the ability to adapt to new systems, contributing to the overall success of the $9 billion business.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial close processes to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant results with well-framed budget vs actual analysis.
• Lead the consolidation, framing, and delivery of Supply Chain operating results and Worldwide Gross Profit analysis to senior Business and Finance Leaders.
• Manage all Supply Chain Finance related activities for Platform reporting, Business Plan, forecast updates, and close periods.
• Collaborate closely with Finance leaders in the wider DPS Global Supply Chain finance teams to report and explain results.
• Oversee SC FP&A processes for US MRC 940, including actuals and forecast cycles.
• Handle headcount consolidation and reporting.
• Manage FAA accounting and absorbable spend reporting.
• Support ad hoc projects and activities of the wider FP&A team as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant finance multi-national experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Strong financial analysis skills and adaptability to new systems and tools are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
