About the position

At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, we are dedicated to driving innovation and maintaining the highest standards of business ethics. As part of our mission, we are seeking a candidate to lead the Long Range Discrimination Radar Program, overseeing its execution across multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). This role is pivotal in supporting the Missile Defense and Space Surveillance (MD&SS) portfolio, particularly in the Radar Sensor and Systems (RSS) domain. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting weekly financial assessments, providing monthly financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support, and contributing to quarterly and yearly planning efforts. This position requires collaboration with the Program Management and Financial Team to develop recommendations that will guide key stakeholders in making informed financial and operational decisions. The work environment at Lockheed Martin is one that values integrity and excellence, allowing employees to make a meaningful impact. The selected candidate will interact with a team of Financial Analysts, ensuring that the financial health of the program is maintained and that all financial reporting is accurate and timely. This hybrid telework opportunity allows for a flexible work schedule, combining remote work with time spent at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process, but it is anticipated that the role will follow a 4x10 hour workday, providing three days off each week.
