About the position

The Lead Financial Analyst position in Dallas, Texas, offers an exciting opportunity to work in the telecom industry, focusing on financial reporting, projections, and variance analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams, lead the maintenance of recurring reports, and enhance management reporting to support the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with midstream operations, supply & trading, and the FP&A team to generate financial reports that align with the company's objectives
• Lead the upkeep of monthly recurring reports that support the analysis of segment results
• Offer variance analysis of actual to forecast operating results during the monthly close process
• Lead the preparation of monthly and long-term forecasts
• Identify key performance drivers and opportunities for growth
• Improve management reporting on existing and newly acquired businesses to track performance
• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP solutions to enhance efficiency
• Handle accounting functions and accounts payable (AP)
• Conduct auditing and uphold budget processes
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer credit inquiries and monitoring credit accounts.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge and understanding of CapEx
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience with ERP Solutions
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in Auditing
• Familiarity with Budget Processes
• Excellent Customer Service skills
