About The Position
Vance Outdoors is seeking a Lead Sales Associate for our Firearms department. This position is primarily responsible for sales and assisting the department manager or store manager by performing various duties. The Lead Sales Associate will assist with customer service, inventory management, and compliance with regulations regarding the sale of firearms. The role also includes supervising a team of 15-40 employees, ensuring a positive work environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
