The responsibilities of the Lead Clerk encompass a wide range of services, including Mail Services, where the individual will meter, sort, and distribute mail and accountable packages according to a set schedule. In Copy Services, the Lead Clerk will be responsible for producing accurate copies, prints, and scans based on written instructions. Reception duties involve answering incoming calls, routing them appropriately, and greeting visitors in a professional manner. Additionally, the Lead Clerk will manage Hospitality Services, which includes maintaining client conference rooms and common areas, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for use. The role also includes Floor Coordination, which involves the upkeep of copy rooms, stocking supplies, and delivering paper.
