About the position

The Lead FP&A Analyst for the Automotive & Energy Business Units at Analog Devices will play a crucial role in providing analytical support and reporting for revenue-related activities. This position involves collaboration with various teams to create comprehensive P&L statements, assist in strategic planning, and drive financial decision-making processes. The analyst will be responsible for managing the quarterly projection cycle, annual operating plans, and long-term strategic growth plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical-based decision and reporting support to the Automotive & Energy BU teams.
• Act as Finance's primary point of contact for revenue-related activities including quarterly projections and strategic growth plans.
• Assist in creating the full P&L for ACE and AES BUs, collaborating with Business Operations and Marketing leads.
• Analyze and explain business drivers for financial results, offering recommendations for upcoming projection cycles.
• Drive standardization and simplification throughout the BUs workflows and reporting needs.
• Create presentations for leadership level audiences and assist in M&A opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional related experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial modeling.
• Proficient in P&L budgeting and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Qlikview, PowerBI, and Tableau preferred.
