About the position

The Lead Frontend Developer & UI/UX Designer at POP Fit Clothing is responsible for enhancing the e-commerce websites for the brands POP Fit and Cheek Boss. This role combines frontend development using Vue.js and TailwindCSS with UI/UX design, requiring a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. The position is in-house at the Las Vegas headquarters, emphasizing collaboration with the production team to deliver high-quality outputs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Use Figma and CSS to create new designs for e-commerce websites, including core shopping flows and marketing pages.
• Implement designs in code using Vue.js and TailwindCSS.
• Conduct user testing and A/B testing to improve the shopping experience.
• Utilize analytics tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with graphics and customer support teams.
• Work with server-side API teams to ensure efficient shopping and browsing.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript development, ideally in an e-commerce setting.
• 2+ years of experience with Vue.js and its development ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Macintosh environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Accurate typing ability (35 WPM or more).
