About the position

The Lead Full Stack Developer will support the Intelligence Community by providing full life cycle support to the Human Resource Applications and Services organization. This role involves collaboration with other developers and frequent interaction with customers, requiring a self-motivated individual who can creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full life cycle support to the Human Resource Applications and Services organization.
• Collaborate with other developers and interact frequently with customers.
• Support new development work and sustainment activities for Human Resource applications.
• Elicit requirements from customers and translate them into actionable tasks.

Requirements

• Twelve (12) years of experience in software development/engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience integrating external resources through REST APIs.
• Understanding of automated unit and integration testing.
• Experience with Docker.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience leading an Agile software development team.
• Experience working directly with customers to understand requirements and troubleshoot system issues.
• Experience with GitLab and GitLab runners for continuous integration.
• Experience with Ansible.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
