About the position

Excelraise, LLC is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Lead Full Stack Developer (ASP.Net, Salesforce) for our direct client in Hartford, CT. This position is critical as it involves participating in various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including requirements verification, design and development, testing, maintenance, and support activities as directed by agency management. The candidate will be expected to work onsite, coming into the office two days every two weeks or one day per week, and must be local to the Hartford area. The Lead Full Stack Developer will focus on supporting existing .NET applications while also participating in the SDLC process for a new SACWIS system. This includes collaborating with the System Integrator to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance of the solution for specific modules. Responsibilities will include maintaining interfaces, .NET applications, and supporting Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) integration initiatives. The candidate will also be involved in meetings with the System Integrator, verifying deliverables such as requirements, design, testing, and environment configuration. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three years of Salesforce development experience and demonstrate strong organizational, proactive, and self-directed work habits. They should be a self-starter, capable of driving work from requirements to implementation, and possess excellent abstract thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as the role involves significant interaction with team members and management. The candidate will be responsible for the design and development of .NET/.NET Core technology and architecture for large-scale distributed systems, midrange to client-server, and n-tier e-commerce applications and solutions. In addition, the Lead Full Stack Developer will provide analysis and requirements for application integration, work on all phases of the SDLC, and create and maintain necessary technical documentation. They will assist in the migration and integration of data and processes from legacy systems to new applications and technologies. Collaboration with the Application Development Manager to establish goals, conduct code reviews, and meet project requirements will also be a key part of this role. The candidate will provide guidance and training to team members, contributing to the overall success of the development team.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in various SDLC processes including requirements verification, design and development, testing, maintenance, and support activities.
  • Support existing .NET applications and participate in the SDLC process of the new SACWIS system.
  • Maintain interfaces and .NET applications, supporting SOA integration initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Expert knowledge in Object Oriented Programming and SOLID principles.
  • Strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in design and development of .NET/.NET Core technology and architecture for large-scale distributed systems.
  • Proficient in ASP.NET and Microsoft .NET Framework.
  • Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects from requirements to implementation.
