About the position

The Lead Java Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Java and Angular technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. The position is hybrid, requiring three days of onsite work per week in Charlotte, NC, and is expected to be a long-term engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications using Java and Angular.
• Implement back-end services using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain and improve existing applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java and Angular.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with Oracle or SQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of Kafka and MongoDB is a plus.
